Avani's personal project is about waste management.The inspiration behind this project was a news article that Avani saw once which stated "if we don’t segregate waste then India will need a place the size of Delhi to dump all its waste". The objective of her project was about analyzing people's views on waste segregation. The outcome was consolidated in the form of a podcast, focus group on WhatsApp and a blog to raise awareness.
